Team Member Application Procedures
Your decision to join a Caring Partners' mission team will prove to be a life changing experience. We are excited to see what the Lord has in store for you and those lives you will touch overseas.
To initiate the Application Process:
Thoroughly read the Team Member Requirements & Code of Conduct and Caring Partners’ Statement of Faith. The information listed will help you prepare for the mission journey physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Complete the Team Member Application Form by clicking the appropriate trip button below.
Each individual team member is financially responsible for the cost of their prospective trip, which includes all airfare, lodging, ground transportation and meals. Unless otherwise stated, no other costs will be the responsibility of the individual team members OTHER than costs incurred on the days of travel (airport meals, etc.), personal items, and souvenirs.
Submit the online form. WITHIN 2 WEEKS, OR BY THE DUE DATE DESIGNATED BY YOUR TEAM LEADER, email/mail/deliver the following items to: office@caringpartners.org or 601 Shotwell Drive Franklin, OH 45005.
* A deposit of $500.00. Please designate the trip name in the memo section of your check. (A spot can not be held until a deposit has been received.) If you would like to make your deposit with a credit card, click HERE. You may also call the office at 937-743-2744 and we can take your credit card information over the phone.* A legible COLOR copy of the signed signature and photo pages of your passport. Passports must be valid for AT LEAST 6 months after the last day of the trip.
* A copy of your medical license, if applicable.
Caring Partners requires each first-time Caring Partners team member to request a Spiritual Reference for mission travel from his/her church. Please have your Pastor or Spiritual mentor complete the Pastoral/Spiritual Reference form by forwarding them a link to the button below. Caring Partners requests past team members that have not traveled with us in over a year to please re-submit a letter from your Pastor or Spiritual mentor. If you are not currently attending a church, please call Caring Partners for additional instructions.
CARING PARTNERS REFUND POLICY: From the receipt of your initial deposit until 60 days prior to the trip, any payments made will be refunded, LESS the $500 initial deposit and any actual costs expended by Caring Partners on your behalf, such as airline deposits/tickets, lodging, or pre-planned meals. If you cancel with 60 days or less from the trip departure date, no refunds will be made.
2025 Trip Application Procedures
Thank you for your interest in serving with Caring Partners on the mission field in 2025! Over the next several weeks, we are expecting many inquiries from people interested in our 2025 mission trips. We are asking each person to complete a Team Member Application now to be considered for an open spot on the trip or trips for which they are interested.
By Monday, June 3rd, the assigned Team Leaders will have reviewed all Team Member Applications for your interested trips and will reach out to you to review your team member status. The Team Leader will also inform you of the Trip Deposit deadline, future Trip Payment dates, and a Trip Meeting schedule.
